After the pilot movie tryout special in the fall of 1975, ABC commissioned two more specials that aired in the spring of 1976, before they greenlit the series, The New Adventures of Wonder Woman.
"Wonder Woman Meets Baroness Von Gunther" was the first of the two follow-up specials and featured Christine Belford as the Baroness.
